Enjoy a relaxing escape to a charming, well-maintained and upgraded gambrel style home that greets you with two large decks and a comfortable screen porch for outside entertainment. There’s a big backyard ideal for horseshoes, cornhole and spirited games of wiffle ball as well as relaxing in the hammock or reading in the sun. Inside the house, you’ll enjoy the balance between a classic lake house and a modern home with high-speed fiber internet. It sleeps six in beds; the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs loft and basement each have a futon that can fold down to sleep additional guests. In addition to a large yard and deck area, this home has easily twice the indoor space of other cottages on Frye Island giving you and your guests the option to do – or not do – whatever you want. The main floor has an open living room with high ceilings; comfortable couches and a rocking chair can be enjoyed while socializing or watching the Smart TV on the wall. There is an adjoining dining area with a large table and chairs next to a full kitchen with a variety of appliances, pots, pans, plates and glasses. A large, finished basement provides additional space to sit, read and enjoy the fireplace; or if you need to check-in with the real world and work, part of it can double as an office. With plenty of room, it can be a place to send the kids to hangout on those rare rainy days on Frye.

The house is centrally located between Beach 6, the Community Center, Tennis & Basketball Courts and a 9-hole golf course. It’s also down the road from the Community Pool and Pickle Ball Courts. Take a short walk to Frye's Leap Cafe for a meal, or to enjoy a local Maine Beer at their bar. The General Store is right next door, where you can find Frye Island souvenirs and enjoy delicious ice cream. The Frye Island Golf Course and Lounge are close by and worth a visit. You can play a round, or buy a round, and find more Frye Island merchandise in the pro shop. This is also where you can find live music and entertainment at night.

Outside entertainment includes horseshoes, cornhole, wiffle bat & ball and Kayaks with lifejackets.
