Cute and cozy cottage directly across from beach 7 on Leisure Lane & Middle Beach, and easy walk to beaches 6 (lighthouse / cocktail beach) & 8. Best location on the island! Directly downhill from the community center and golf course - you can stay here and literally walk everywhere on the island. Two upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned. Downstairs bedroom has two twins. Loft has a king. 2 small bedrooms upstairs - 1 full bed and kids room with a twin and toddler bed on the floor. Perfect set up for a young family with grandparents or similar.
New Siding and New windows( need new pictures), and down stairs bedroom now has AC.
